Can anyone reccomend a bike basket for my 10 lb chiweenie?

Tried taking her with the leash and she hated it. After 10 minutes of trying, I had to call it in . She's scared of the noise of the bike, and she got tired way to fast.

Thanks

It's so common to see small dogs in baskets here in San Diego! We have a dog bike trailer, since our boy is gigantic, but my friend uses this with her small dog and loves it. Oh, and we need to see pictures of your puppy!

MAK802: $50 for the basket isn't bad at all. Even a water bottle pocket. Eek! Do you know if it has some kind of hook to attach a doggie? I see straps in the pic but can't tell!

I think the straps you see are ones that attach the basket to the bike, not sure if there are belts to hold the dog in place. Here's a link to the company's site, they have a number and might be able to answer your questions. If you get one, I want to see pics of it in use. I always wanted a basket on my pink beach cruiser, but PC would make it very front-heavy and cause us to tip! Not to mention, the basket would need to be the size of a hamper!

skeet09 this carrier has a doggie leash strap to keep pupster from leaping out.
also has a rain poncho to cover if it showers. it looks pretty good overall.
