Merrick makes joints, I think they're hips, my pittie is 4 and she still tears through toys like its her job, but those things keep her occupied for months. ALso there is blue ball I dont know the brand but you can put a treat or peanut butter inside and that thing is super durable against chewing.
Best of luck with your pup, they are the worlds greatest dogs!!
Perhaps another pit puppy to pay with. I have two and I have found only one toy that can withstand their play, it's a huge rope ball with ends which they play a ferocious game of tug of war. They don't fight, but they do play to win, which leaves them tired out after playtime. Actually, I have six dogs, all indoors, just two of them are pits and playtime is always outside.

Yeah, getting another dog is NOT an option right now, though, according to her owner, is absolutely going to happen a couple of years down the line. She does spend some time at the dog beach/park and loves to play w/ other dogs and on those days, she comes home too tired to chew anything!

We got my pittie one of those rope balls when we first got her, and it did last a very long time. I forgot all about it. Only thing was she'd hold onto the tassle at the end and shake it, and if she was too close to your legs... OW!! She never did get that she shouldn't do that.
