Once in a blue moon, I'm requested to run a dog into the vet. As you can tell, Jack the Argentine Dogo approves of my driving skills.

He looks like a sweetheart (although a gigantic one).

While he looks massive, he weighed in at 80 pounds when we arrived at the vet yesterday. The Argentine Dogo can look fierce, but my experience is they are big sweethearts, like my friend Jack. They are basically Argentine Mastiffs.

The entertainment began when he decided he could come up front, we were entering the roundabout near the kennel thankfully LOL

Dogos are so special, in the wrong hands they are flat out dangerous, but in the right hands they are an amazing loyal sweet breed with hearts the size of the world.

Correct! I feel special to be able to share in this guy's life. Without opening a can of worms, I know some folks have their druthers (some rightfully so) about you boarding kennels, but where I work we are hands on with the pets. Once they come through those doors they are just as much ours as our own pets at home, which makes saying good bye to them a little rough when that comes. I've been there 10 years, so I've had to say good bye to more than I'd care to count
