I just wanted to let you know, all of you who have urged me to write a book...
I'M DOING IT!!!!!
I'm already on page 58 or so and I don't have a ton of time, but I'm working on it between projects.
I've looked into how to produce it. Apparently, I can easily publish it for the Kindle e-reader and Amazon also makes it possible to print hard copies on demand, meaning that if a paper copy is ordered, Amazon prints and ships it. It's pretty cool and seems quite easy.
The writing is the hard part!
What I've done is take "Artie stories" that I've written here, tweaked them a bit, and added Artie's commentary to it. It turns out that he has quite a sense of humor! He's really a funny, funny guy!
Anyway, I don't know quite when it will be finished -- it's a process, y'know -- but I just wanted to reach out and thank you (Hopes? I think it was you who was the "pushiest" -- in a GOOD way!) for giving me the nudge (or million nudges) that I needed to finally get this ball rolling.

Thanks, everyone!!!! (Now I really need to do it since I'm being held accountable! )
LTTP -- it's not listed yet, sweets. I'll let you know. I have to finish writing it (UGH!), then I have to "assemble" and format the book, and I don't know what other steps need to be taken before I can list it.
Baby steps: Finish writing it. Then worry about the rest of it.

I honestly don't know how the Nook operates, compared to the Kindle. On your Nook, can you download ebooks from Amazon? If not, we'll figure out something -- don't worry about that. Worry about the fact that everyone is now excited but I'm nowhere near finished writing it.
