Yup. Adorable and adored. Though, they no longer have the long hair. For the first time in their lives, they got buzzed last summer. That's the way they'll stay. Both the Chins and I prefer the less-maintenance style.

For the longest time, I refused to let my dogs on the couch or on my bed. When the girl got spayed, she had a rough go so I did allow her to be in bed with me for a few days while I fretted over her. Boy did she take that inch and go the full mile. Manipulative little punk kept pretending she was still injured. And then, when she sprained her little wrist one day, I did the same, let her up on the bed with me because I was so concerned about her. (Yes, I spooned her in both of these stories.) Once again, she played that injury UP. Even after she was well recovered from her wrist issue, if I had to discipline her for something, she would raise her wrist up and start whining, as if her injury had come back full force. Never mind it had been months.

Anyway, I decided to let the boy dog go ahead and lie on the couch when I'm not using it because a) I rarely use it and b) he is so. very. careful when he is on that couch. I think he knows it's a privilege. He does NOT get to be up on my bed, however, because I decided to test it once, and let them both up there for a few nights, and he got real uppity in his attitude. That was the end of that. He is banned from the bed.

The girl is allowed to sleep on the end of the bed if she so desires. The main reason is because I could not afford dog beds when I moved here...oh they had them, at one time. More than once...but the boy kept destroying them when he was younger. I'm hesitant to spend that kind of money on a good dog bed again just to have him tear them up. I may as well just hand him a hundred bucks and let him eat that, instead. Same result, less mess.

So, with all the cats, and the one smaller dog on the bed....I have a tiny sliver for myself...if the cats deem to give me any room, that is.

They all look so cute and when there aren't pictures they SOUND cute.

Mine sleeps on the bed usually. But sometimes, in the middle of the night, he decides to place his entire body on top of my legs. He's just a Pom but he's a big solid Pom.

Last night when he climbed onto my legs and woke me up I told him Go. But he did not Go. Finally I had to sort of yell GO! It kind of makes me feel bad to send him away but he does have a nice bed and I need to get some sleep.

We usually have 3 in our bed. An 80 lb Husky, a 56 lb shepard mix, and a 12 lb shih Tzu mix. All on a queen bed. I told my wife the next time we buy a bedroom set, it will be king sized.

That is definitely a full bed. I hope you two are tiny people!
