not to question my vet and his knowledge BUT they said to keep the bandages on Codys feet for 14 days. Not to change them or anything .....isn't that long to not change out a bandage? I guess its similar to a cast or something.
Just want some insight. I would change my bandages daily but I could just be strange!
No, that's fine. You want the scabs to form under the dressing (the REAL name for bandages) and not get fiddled with. Also, the vet's dressing is probably put on better than you could do. They'll be FINE.

I agree that 14 days seems like a long time! I also agree that there is no reason to change them daily, but maybe the right answer is somewhere in the middle. In two weeks that dressing is going to be pretty grungy! Maybe a phone call to check with the vet in a week or so would be a good idea.

called them yesterday and they said 14 days is the norm but we are going to bring him in around 9-10 days and let them check them.
I would think they would start stinking a little.
IF they get smelly take him in for a change & check up...could be an infection.
