Hey definitely he is a bit scared of the rain . Help him out and do not leave him all to himself . Whenever your pet is frightened you have to be with them for support you can not leave them on your own.
Be considerate and he will be fine and communicating .

LOL Yes, exactly!

Mine doesn't like wet grass either, but if she's connected to me by a leash she doesn't have a choice. I outweigh her and I'm much meaner.
