This is so touching. Baxter is a 19.5-year-old therapy dog, who can no longer walk, who gives comfort to patients at the end of their lives. He snuggles up to them, kisses them, and just provides a comfort that these people need.
There's only one word for Baxter: BEAUTIFUL.
