Thanks Dawn...I couldn't agree with you more on the vet stating "she'll eat whens she's hungry" thing. I have to add...this job with this particular vet is brand new with Chris..vet tech...she has just moved down there..But she hates the guy! Obviously, right now, with jobs being scarce, she's holding onto this job...and of course, the perks of the job re medical attention for her animals is a huge plus...but she doesn't have a whole lot of faith in this guy....so ...take it for what it's worth!
Of course, I keep telling Chris...If Kota would just match me...bite for bite...throughout the day...I'm betting she'd gain some weight!

Well...it's not all that bad....this is just a side line for her. She has her degrees in Behavioral Science and Biology...so she really wants to get back into the zoos or wildlife sanctuaries...but just hasn't found anything yet. She also builds and maintains websites and runs her Munchkin Cattery...LOL....so she sort of makes her money where she can!
UPDATE: Kota loves the Satin Balls! Chris said no problem in getting her to eat them at all. She has also been feeding her raw the last few days, along with the Satin balls and Kota seems ok with it all. So, for now, hopefully, we can get some meat on her scrawny bones. I mis-spoke....I was sure she weighed in the 60 lb range...but Chris says, she is more like the 40lb range!!!!!!! All the more to fatten her up!
