Words cannot express how annoying and old this has gotten to me. Anyone else getting this idiocy? I don't hear people do it socially. Why the @#$% do people do it? Stuff like:

A: "How's the project going?"
B: "So, it's moving along quickly..."

A: "Did you make the deadline?"
B: "So, we worked a few extra hours last night to make it"

A: "Explain your approach."
B: "So, we decided to delay the last phase until later because..."

PLEASE STOP, I BEG YOU.
