The poor man pays while the rich man works the system they paid the politicians to create for them.
There are a lot of people out there that have this mind set that Corporation=Good & Government=Bad. No matter what you say you will never convince them otherwise. Fortunetly most Americans believe that the Government should play a role in the private sector and regulate business.
so BECOME a corporation yourself. It's quick, cheap, easy, in some states. $50 to form an llc in CO, takes 15 minutes, totally online.. Or buy their stocks, if they are doing so "well", you can make money off of them. :-)

Corporations arent dodging state taxes, they usually arent liable for them since most corporations arent earning a profit in todays economy. Its very simple, no profit = no taxes owed. Its no different for you. Go all year long without earning a profit, and you too can pay zero taxes.

"the poor may pays" really? we've reached a point in the USA where about 50% of the population pays no income tax and a significant portion of that group get money back out of the tax system in the form of subsidized housing, medical care, family financial assistance, etc. A tax system that works in reverse by giving refunds to people who didn't or aren't paying in to that system.
Even a corporation that isn't generating taxable income is still paying wages/salaries to people which are then taxed at that level. So there is a net benefit to the tax system from those corporate activities.

The only reason they are not liable is that they pay the politicians to write loopholes in the laws for them to exploit, such as incorporating offshore, and many others.
An individual does not earn a profit. They exchange their labor for pay, but the illegal and criminal IRS has ruled that a person has no cost basis in their own labor. This is faulty and one sided logic. It is no different than when you are deprived of something that is insured, the loss is covered and is non taxable.
Most individuals earn no more than it takes them to survive. In the corporate world, that is called breaking even.

Companies also exchange their services for pay.
