Wow, I've never heard of such a thing until now! Getting cash back when I make purchases with my debit card is a nice way for me to not have to make a special trip to my bank's ATM. Fortunately, my local Wal-Mart doesn't charge this extra fee, but it just might happen sometime down the road!
