All this means is that the costs of shipping merchandise or inventory across oceans is rapidly becoming greater than having to pay first world citizens real wages. Add to that the fact that the American dollar is licking asphalt at the moment and you have a very profitable solution.

And I'm alright with that. I mean really... Tennessee? By all means pump some money in there. My biggest issue with this is that the states so favored by overseas companies will in no way use the money responsibly. Instead of learning from their horrendous mistakes concerning industry and blue collar yokels in the past, there will be the same thing we've seen before. They will not use the upcoming tax revenue/disposable income to give better education to their children so that the next generation of Americans doesn't crash like yet another Rustbelt industry/auto-industry scenario.
