Exactly. I wasn't aware of this problem before now, but I would have presumed that Obama or his people would have been. Why they didn't act is just unconscionable to me, and I say that as someone who voted for Obama in 2008.

If this miracle takes place, you won't be able to send a Xmas card to your friend abroad until you find some stamps from that country to put on it. The last non-member country was Tibet.
