Biden has said he will only raise taxes on those making over $400K - that is just a little above top 2% in household income (top 2% is those above $387k in 2019). That top 2% already pays close to 50% of all taxes already so they are already essentially "paying for it".

BTW - A family of 4 is not living large on $400k in an expensive city like NY or SF - details.

Well I am not on board because of what you've posted so totally agree with you. His tax plan, if I recall, increases the rate at 100K earnings per year+
