Yeah..I wouldn't look at anything newer than 10 years old if I was out there looking today.
New homes today seem to be shoddy and cheap..even with the granite countertops.

That doesn't surprise me at all. I guess it's hard to get a home loan right now from what they say in the news. The Banks have too many bad loans already.

It'll just stay in my good old house for a while. Yep they don't build them like they used too. If you want things like granite counter tops you can add them.
