I bought a 3000.00 car 1 yr ago and it is paid for. Drive only 8000 miles a yr to and from work. We can not afford anything better now but this used car is costing us an average of 300.00 a month in repairs and already paid for payments.

When I drove new cars my average payment was 400-500.00 but was reliable and we put no repair money in them. Cheap used cars are not always best way to go.
