I mean obviously the Dow wont go to 0 but how low would it have to go for us to have another depression? We were in a Recession for months before the government finally admitted it.

I think "they" were fully aware of exactly what shape this country was in. I feel they were just trying to hide the truth till the next administration got into office. It seems to me there's a wierd trail of money going around from nation to nation. Seems there was a "spring-into-action" at the last few days of his term. Did certain banks across the waters need their monies back before he left office?

I think the only thing the home loans had to do with it was a planned way to round up money, package it up, sell it around the world (at our expense) and they only made money from it. Where did they invest those monies? In the energy sector? Maybe in Oil & Gas?
