can a person find with an associate's degree in Health Information Technology? Is this something that is in high demand?

Here's my thinking on this, if you have to ask questions like this or you can't google the degree and find a corresponding occupation, it probably isn't worth the investment. schools are businesses. most of them aren't in the business of helping students find jobs once they've paid their dues.
