CATASAUQUA, Pa. (AP) - Students in a Pennsylvania school district have gotten approval to remain fashion forward.
The Morning Call of Allentown reports that Catasauqua (cat-uh-SOCK'-wuh) Area School District approved a revised dress code this week. It allows students to wear so-called skinny jeans.
I'm surprised there isn't more of this... every generation has had a banned fashion, and it seems like older people nowadays are more up in arms and afraid of young people, so it would make sense for there to be more of this.

It's not that we are "afraid" of younger people; it's I just don't want to see children with either clothes so tight, you see underwear lines (or even camel toes on BOTH sexes!!!), or clothes too big they are falling off and body parts are exposed.
Why can't you just wear clothes that fit properly?! Not too big they fall off, but not to tight that it's like looking at a human in a sausage casing too small.

Why can't people just completely cover up! Why did men stop wearing tights and wigs? Women in shorts? How vile!
Private schools routinely pass regulations about school clothes or even require a uniform.
and nobody squeaks about it.
At private school parents are paying and if they don't like it, they can chose to pull their kid out. Point blank. That process isn't so easy at a public school.
