I'm a pretty visual person and have found the best way for me to organize my time and remind myself of deadlines is a wall mounted, universal monthly calendar dry erase board. Doesn't really matter if it is school work or career work. A quick glance will show me the open days and more ominous "clusters" of events. Non-negotiable more critical deadlines written in a highlighted color. I can take a snapshot of the entire month if necessary to take it along somewhere. Pretty simple, easy to update, no logging in or passwords, and no need to rely on electronics (that might not choose to work at any given moment).
