Yup my teens which weren't that long ago haha. The clubs I used to party at were: The Derby, Reno's, Chamucos, Donqantin(or something like that), and I even went to a house party down there once lol.

Oh yes - just about every weekend. I'm not sure the places we went were still there . The big place in my teen years was the Copa and you either had to have a really good i.d. or be 18 to get in. Otherwise it was that place w/ the black tile in front (not Sarawalk), Fred's or some bar on the other side of street - can't even remember name. I'm sure they've all changed except for few. Ah and then my senior year we even went early in the week to the place above the CAVE just to dance though. Weird the things we did as teens. No way my kids are going. I won't even cross for my beloved vanilla.

Remember this place called Fred's? There were two. One was a club/bar and the other was a hotel. For $2 you could get a decent room. The manager was this white haired guy named Raul I believe.

Default freddy's rainbow bar

Yes, Freddy's rainbow bar - the owner looked like Edager or Johnny Winter. Sandwiches with jalapenos were red hot. Late at night last $ spent at the Crippled Coyote.... last pennies to get back across the bridge.
