Why does he choose to invest all his money here, why El Paso, i wish i could pick this guys brain, and ask him what his overall future vision of el paso is.

maybe because he is one of those that doesnt want to see El Paso as a small one horse town anymore like the rest of the city does.

I think he has a good heart and is tired of seeing El Paso stay in a stale mode for so long that he wants to do something. He has the money and is putting lots of his money back into El Paso.

I also think he knows that he might make his money back in no time by investing in these projects, not only his money back but actually make some good profits out of them as well.

So its both IMO, tired of seeing El Paso not change for so many years, and the chance to make a nice profit while helping change the face of El Paso at the same time.
