Ive got a really bad craving for them. For those of you who don't know they are fried grasshoppers. Often times dusted in chili powder, salt and maybe lime. I hear they are insanely good, but seasonal and hard to find. I don't feel like going to Juarez and getting my head chopped off, but if it happened with a handful of chapulines in my mouth Id seriously consider it. Someone must know of a small mom and pop grocery that carries them.

I've only seen them in Oaxaca. They taste like the seasoning on them, lime juce and salt. Crunchy!
