Karl Rove and his American Crossroads ratline of corporate money has opened the spigot in Illinois.

All over the country, they're taking advantage of the recent Supreme Court decision and flooding campaigns with "mystery" money. But, knowing Rove and the Republican's, it's not hard to figure out where the money is coming from and what they want in exchange for it.

SENATE RACE | Flood of cash from outside groups that don't ID donors pouring in for GOP

An unprecedented amount of money from outside groups is pouring into the hotly contested Illinois Senate race, most of it to bolster Republican Mark Kirk over Democrat Alexi Giannoulias.

Much of that money comes "from groups that do not disclose any donors," according to an analysis from the nonpartisan Sunlight Foundation, a campaign finance watchdog group keeping tabs on the flood of spending to influence the outcome of the midterm elections....

And Giannoulias has his mob ties and 2.7 million dollar tax deduction. Sounds like a wash.
