until 2014 and beyond. Give him another term, and he will think of another
excuse. He has not closed Gitmo. I see nothing to show Obama is an
anti war president, except receiving an erroneous Nobel Peace Prize

The two topics you do agree with Paul on;
war on drugs and wars of choice,
will bring savings to the American people that would be
astronomical for this country: monetarily. in human life, and civil tragedies.

So, while I respect your right to support Obama, maybe you should give
Paul another look. You might want to weigh which things affect "all" citizens
the most....

As far as true Health Care Reform, the perfect President for that would be
Dennis Kucinich No one else, even comes close. That includes Obama.
Oh please! You're talking out of your arse there. First of all, Bush NEVER had an exit strategy for Iraq. Neither did McCain nor Hillary. That's why I voted for Obama in the primary. He wanted to bring them home by July 2010, but Congress wouldn't let him. He also tried to shut down GTMO, but they filibustered that, too. Obama won the Nobel Prize, and he was humble about it.

The only thing Ron Paul says that makes any sense is legalizing drugs. Using the gold standard will only jack up inflation. The man is 77 years old. To put it bluntly, he's old and senile. Barack Obama is doing the drone attacks because he wants to hurry up and get things done so they can bring the troops home. The thing with Libya was more of a UN and NATO thing, but Qaddafi is dead. There you have it.

It was signed by Bush Jr. Not giving him big cudos for it (war should have never been started in the first place) but it is what it is.

"All US Forces were mandated to withdraw from Iraqi territory by December 31, 2011 under the terms of a bilateral agreement signed in 2008 by President Bush. The U.S. troop withdrawal from Iraq was completed on December 18, 2011 early Sunday morning"

I really think you should reevaluate what you are giving Obama
credit for. He's got a crisp campaign, but that only works on
the ill informed....

Oh, and just so you know I love high speed trains too
But borrowing from Peter to pay for them won't work either.
If only we didn't have to pay back these stupid wars.....
We'd have the money

I thought I'd add some comic relief here, boys and girls.

I'm Voting Republican 2012 - YouTube

-I'm voting Republican because I don't believe in separation of church and state. I want to live in a theocracy like Iran.

-I'm voting Republican because I don't believe in green energy or alternative fuels. I think we should continue burning gasoline and keep the people in the status quo. As long as the oil companies maximize profits, that's good enough for me.

-I'm voting Republican because I don't believe rich people should pay taxes. In fact, I think we the people should give all our money to large corporations so they continue the illusion of trickle-down economics making us think we'll all one day be rich.

-I'm voting Republican because I don't believe in critical thinking. We should turn all our schools into churches and ban the teachings of science and evolution. That way we don't have to worry about our children being "socially engineered" or questioning anything.

-I'm voting Republican because I don't believe there should be a minimum wage or labor unions. If everyone works hard 12 hours a day in a sweatshop, they can always be replaced by other workers (even little children) whenever they get killed or injured on the job. At least we won't have to worry about those lazy 99ers collecting unemployment, right?

This is much more of a problem than attracting youth or minorities, who are basically a lost cause for the GOP. If the Romney campaign isn't leaving behind an organizational apparatus to develop GOTV that could be a huge problem. During the 08 primaries, the Obama campaign went so far as to offer shuttles running in shifts at every college campus and town square, in addition to the usual campaign apparatus, and those staffers stuck around through November.

People have made fun of and grumbled about OFA's constant spam emails, but the point is they've kept up with their contact lists for the past four years, maintaining communication with likely voters, even keeping up to date on name and address changes. Whereas even assuming Romney wraps this up by the end of the month, the campaign will be starting over or even from scratch in many places- especially rural areas where they didn't compete as much to begin with but where the Republican voting base is strongest and where outreach is absolutely necessary.

It takes time to establish campaign offices and local orgs, let alone develop contacts and get people on the lists; there's still a lot of door-to-door in-person work involved in GOTV and while 6 months is plenty of time to get an effective organization in place Romney's running against a campaign that's had the legwork done for years. Neither he nor his super pac are going to be able to outspend the Obama campaign 50:1 in tv ad buys; and negative campaigning is largely ineffective against candidates people have already solidified their opinions on.
The mush brained youth that were indoctrinated by their liberal professors 4 years ago are now unemployed. They are disenchanted with hope and change. Maybe they will not vote for Romney, but they are not excited about Obama anymore.

You must think women are stupid or you are. Obama started this fake campaign against women. There is no republican politician running that is against birth control.

Show me a credible link that displays Bush's withdrawal agreement because I'm not sold. I don't believe that he conveniently signed that when he was a lame duck President. We shouldn't be borrowing money or cutting taxes and then going to war. It's that simple. I hope one day, they reinstitute the older tax bracket and get rid of all the Bush tax cuts. They expire next year which is good. Investing in our future and infrastructure isn't a waste of money, either.

First. I write multiple responses to a post and you start a new topic in response?
Second, Most of these crimes were going on throughout the Clinton years too. So what is your point? That there are criminals in the world? There were regulators in place to stop these crimes. That shows how pathetic the federal government is and why less money should be wasted on these agencies not more.

Bin Laden is dead, the auto companies are thriving again, DADT is gone, Equal pay for women Act, START treaty, Economy has been adding jobs for over 22 months versus when it was bleeding 750,000 a month when he took office, and we have an attempt to get healthcare under control...

Anybody who can't see this is just a republican drone robot or has been living under a rock for the past 4 years!

OBAMA 2012, yes we can, AGAIN!
This is the most pathetic recovery we have had in memory. It is because of the impending largest tax increase in history that is coming next year, it is because of Obamacare and other draconian regulations by his regime. Bush had a record 56 months of employment growth and had unemployment down to 4.7% drone.

Hmmm....Enron, Tyco, Bernie Madoff, ConnectSouth, and the list goes on. The Koch Brothers have no idea what it's like to be poor because they were born rich. Mitt Romney has no idea, either. The guy lived in France during the Vietnam War. I'd much rather live in a socialist country than a plutocracy which is exactly what the GOP wants.
You are going to complain about the deficit going out of control and you are supporting Obama? What a hypocrite!
