"No blacks"? That's nothing. Today's average Republican would put up a sign that says "No blacks, no gays, no Muslims, and no liberals". And then they'd go out of business in approximately one week.

This really isn't that complex,a person should have the right to do whatever you want on or with your private property,it does not mean you or I have to like it.

People have the freedom to be idiots, but you don't have to like it.

Get it yet?

It was not just an accident that the civil rights movement began on a city bus. In a famous 1896 case involving a black man on a train, Plessy v. Ferguson, the U.S. Supreme Court enunciated the “separate but equal” rationale for Jim Crow. Of course, facilities and treatment were never equal.

Ron Paul has never said he was against the repeal of
Jim Crow Laws.

I think it is you that need to do the reading, fortunately good sense, morality, and the law of this country as well as the constitution support my position and utterly refutes yours.

Sorry to deflate your bubble but most of those organizations are open to white people.
There are also an equal amount if not more scholarships aimed at various Caucasian men and women.

A PRIVATE resturant is NOT a "public accomodation". The civil rights legislation is partly unconstitutional when it attempts to require a private enterprise from selling a service to someone it CHOOSES not to do business with.

In my city, if you store a non-working car on your property, you will be fined and/or asked to remove it. If you let your grass/weeds grow too long, ditto. Any structure you build on it has to conform to the building code. If you have a pool it has to be fenced. You have to clear your sidewalk within 24 hours of a snowstorm. There are limits as to how many animals you can keep. You can't build a fence over six feet high. And so on. There is no absolue right to do exactly as you please with your property.

Definitely a lot of people from the Krugman Keynesian Klan here.

As for stormfront, what would weatherpeople be doing here?

You just trolling?

What kind of an assumption is that, if not to let an agenda, get in the way of the actual truth.

Let them put that sign up if they wish. It will only hurt them. Those they discriminate against, will have a good laugh... The last laugh actually. No government was involved to make them stop hurting someones feelings and they went out of business. Good!

I had no idea there were so many contitutional lawyers posting on this thread. It's been almost 50 years. Why hasn't the CRA been taken to the Supreme Court if it's unconstitutional?
