Obama- Expand coverage to all.
McCain- Contain costs for those covered even if that number decreases.

Both have an interesting view. Tax Foundation has looked at both in detail - net result to Senator Obama when considered with all stated budget proposals.

In terms of what will appeal more to Americans? The new frontier is set....here comes the healthcare debate and battle.

How is taxing employer provided health insurance containing costs? That is increasing costs. That is automatically making health insurance more expensive.
