we are at equivalent spending equal to a WORLD WAR spending, and that is mind boggling.

obviously, this is not working and is not going to be sustainable.
A great list to show why we don't need big government from either party. If you voted for either of the bailout boys, Obama or McCain, you voted for big government.
Wake up!

I know it's bait to get the Obama supporters to just spin this around on Bush, or for people to start yelling, BAD LEFTIE, BAD RIGHTIE!

But that is actually a truthful list. The real issue now is, are we going to fall for the same thing again on the republican platform? Judging by the candidates past actions and not just their up-to date campaign rhetoric, it seems likely.

Thanks to the TeaBaggers

2. Federal spending 25% of GDP, highest since WW2.
Same can be said of every Past government or future.

3. Budget deficit 10% of GDP, highest since WW2.
It costs to dig out of holes created by others.

4. Federal debt 67% of GDP, highest since just after WW2.
Just a continuation of the economy decline and not unexpected.

5. Employment just at 58.1%, lowest since 1983.
False numbers, but yes it is high, FYI the government is not in charge of the job market or is it their job to create them, only a Socialist would think so.

6. Long term unemployment 45.9% of total, highest since great depression.
See reply to #5

This is the deepest recession ever, so no surprise there

8. Homeownership down to 59.7%, lowest since 1965.
Again ANOTHER point that has NOthing to do with the President, talk t te banks on that one.

9. Percentage of taxpayers paying income tax only 49%, lowest in modern era.
There are more poor, the right would like to make that number even higher, your point is?

10. Government dependency (receiving 1 or more federal benefits) at 47%, highest in US history.
Seen the economy lately?

Cure: cut off Israel and the rest of the world, we are not their sugardaddy.

obviously, this is not working and is not going to be sustainable. And the right answer is cut everything THEY do not like while of-course continueing to support other countries and their own pet pork spending, oh and let's not forget their work for their real masters by cutting education, regulations, social programs, breaking all unions and more tax cuts for the Rich and Big Businesses and more government money to Big Oil, Gas, Lumber and Coal. Next time you list points to get rid of a politician you might want to list items that are related to their job, many of yours have nothing to do with Obama, hence your thread is an Epic Failure.
