Russ Feingold a major name in progressive politics is endorsing Elizabeth Warren for Senate.
Although other democrats are running against her in the primaries, and the democratic party has remained neutral. It seems that she is the parties favorite to win and is likely to be the standard bearer for progressives in the Senate. Go Elizabeth!

As a Massachusetts voter, I could care less about whom Russ Feingold endorses, or frankly, any other state's senator or governor.
I highly doubt that you are a progressive, but for progressives Russ Feingold is a legend. It will help with the primaries, but with the actual election, probably not so much.
