So you are saying the republicans would hold Wall Street accountable? You're a sport aren't you sparky? Frigging genius.

These so called protesters are nothing more than a bunch of socialists backed by Soros and the unions. And don't forget Pivens who was calling for this months ago. So if people think this is a populist movement at the grassroots level, that just spontaneously happened, they are sadly mistaken. The good part of this is that those of us who are paying attention, know what the game is and it will not work.

Who's Pivens? I don't keep up with conspiracy theories like I used to. You mean Jeremy Pivens who was on Entourage? Pretty sure he's not up to any shenanigans like you mentioned, but you never know with those crafty Hollywood types.

After reading the article I am reassured that my contention that Wall Street is a pack of colluding gangsters that own our government and are operating a giant fraud.

Without ANY market feedback the system is uncontrollable. Eventually, despite any bailouts or government aid, it will collapse into complete confusion. Then business will stop until some form if actual credit can be restored. That will be a Great Depression that may last an entire generation. Even war spending will not be effective because we are already on a wartime economy.

Capitalist SYSTEMS REQUIRE A FREE MARKET! Businessmen HATE free markets because it IS VERY DIFFICULT TO MAKE A PROFIT IN A FREE MARKET. Profits are easy if the market is eliminated by collusion, price fixing or monopoly. This IS WHAT HAS BEEN DONE. The big banks and financial houses have corrupted the market for their profit at the expense of everyone else.

The only thing this leftist asks of the big banks is to be honest with themselves and the rest of us. Is that too much?

Funny how the current democrat politicians, including the White House, has done nothing but protect and bailout Wall Street and made sure they were not investigated for causing the economic crisis.
Both parties are corrupt--that's the problem. Until we get special interest money out of our elections, it's not going to change either.
