So when will he deliver his second speech? The ones where he flip-flops on all the positions he's taken here?

As I said before, what Mitt "Flip Flop" Romney says or believes at any given moment is highly irrelevant, since he will change his position on the subject matter next week anyway. It's a pattern that's pretty much guaranteed.

Is $500 billion considered to be a lot? Can any of these cuts be made by a President without Congress?

That is a projected $500 billion over his first 4 year term. It is a large cut, but it needs to happen. This is how much it is, they were just trying to cut something like $40 billion this year and it was going to be the largest single cut of the federal budget in history. This would be more than double that.

Part of it is his intention is to repeal Obamacare which would slash about 95 billion alone. I am sure some wil still say this is not a big enough cut but you have to do these things in stages or you create other problems that just end up costing even more money to take care of.

You know, that is getting realy tired. You need to find a new line of rhetoric to smear Romney. Nobody even pays attention anymore.
