I'm a media contractor/producer, I put together teams of individuals to produce events, commercials and advertising materials. My work is fee based exclusive of the total production costs. I present budgets to clients and it is their choice to follow our recommendations or not. If they want the best they pay for the best, if they want a less expensive alternative, that's their choice. It doesn't hurt my bottom line either way.
Answer this. Why are better autos made in NON union shops?
Let me tell all you union supporters something. It is a MYTH that union labor is superior and produces higher quality products and has higher skilled workers. That is a damn MYTH! I work in a union IT shop. I came from a NON union shop and let me tell you something, the people here are freaking IDIOTS! They are slow, lazy and very unskilled. The union infrastructure guys don't even know how to enable a port and set it's damn speed on a layer 2 Cisco switch! This is SUPPOSEDLY what they do for a living! They don't care either because they know their job isn't going anywhere.
Hiring Union contractors and buying materials from Union shops is our perogative. We, in the Democratic Party, have found that although the price may be slightly higher the quality is far superior.
Do you actually have anything to show for your statement? Did someone actually bid a job to two companies, one union, one not and compare the results?
NO.
