You must be 16 to drive a car. 18 is considered a legal adult. 21 years old to drink booze. Most places won't rent a car to people under 25. You must be 35 to run for president (Anyone with sense knows 35 is too young to be president in this day and age). These rules are in place for a reason. Yet most of the younger people voted for Obama in 2008 and helped him win the election.

When you are young, you are dumb. This is just a fact. Of course there are some that are intelligent for their age however human beings do not learn about life until they have lived several years and gone through all the various stages.

The fact is that most Obama supporters are below a certain age. This is a fact.

There are though some smart younger people who have wisdom beyond their years.

Are you serious?

Well, Marie...that you were "intelligent" enough you try and hotlink an image from your hard drive and reveal your name in the process (file:///C:/Users/Marie/AppData/Local/Temp/moz-screenshot.png), shows that, if anything, only young people should be allowed to vote.

Case in point. In your mind, that is what you saw that stuck out the most.

Ah yes, the tried and true "you don't agree with me so you must be an idiot" argument.

Yes.

McCain Supporter: "Obama is an Arab" - YouTube

You have to take people on a case by case basis and not just make broad assumptions. Your protrayal of people who voted for Obama are about as accurate as this one of McCain supporters.

That woman is obviously not that smart. However I am talking about the masses of first time voters who voted for Obama in 2008.

Again you have to take them on a case by case basis. I know for a fact at least some of them are very smart since I know them personally.

Do you think someone that is 21 or 25 has more experience that someone who is 46 or 50? Be honest. You are going to know more about life when you get older.

Experience no, that only comes with time, but intelligence, which is what you claimed was lacking in your OP, depending on the person hell yes. The same goes for responsibility. I know 23 year olds I would trust with my life and all of my affairs and I know 70+ year olds I wouldn't.
