Intrade has him at 28.5.

Romney is such a weak candidate though that Santorum might be able to win it. What, he's just lived in Iowa the entire campaign, I could see him pulling it out.

Romney was never expected to win Iowa so it would not be a surprise for him not to win it.

Santorum will NOT win the Iowa caucus. He cannot win anything.
