about working conditions:
quit and work as a competitor then. just need to have many laws repealed getting in the way of opening and operating businesses. only the rich or well conected can overcome all these laws/patents/regulations to open up competition.
how about competition for MTA subsidized by the government then. regulation in nyc made the vans to go to different borough say no competition has to be above the subway rates etc and thus are now regulated and taxed and cost went up. use to be less than subway rate now higher than subway rates.

if people pollute an area then people should be compensated and responsible for all clean up and damage even if they go bankrupt like a corporation i would reckon they should be held personally responsible the ceo should pay with all their own personal property and go personally bankrupt as well if they mess up. especially if they are responsible they should maybe even go to jail if there is fraud.
YOU DONT NEED environmental regulations you just need common sense. IF YOU pollute water to the point which you wont drink or fish then you are responsible for cleaning it up.
if you destroy land so much that you wont even grow food on it then you are responsible for cleaning it up.
right now it is government letting companies buy up land below you without your consent. IMO all land below you up to the earth core should be yours regardless. then if they drill under you it harms you as your home is involved in there. meaning earthquakes.

I'm not sure I fully agree with you on people with disabilities, but you're right, most of those with disabilities do want to stand on their own 2 feet.
