Defeating Obama is not the goal of many American's i have spoken with.
The reason that Newt is even in the running is because all of the Republican candidates are not fit to be POTUS and even the Republican party are in upheaval as to which one of the losers to nominate..... that is why the polls are swinging back and forth.... to find the best of a bad bunch. It will be like sticking a pin in the list and that will be the nominee....... someone has to be..........
