Cecile Richards, Planned Parenthood President: Mitt Romney's Plan To 'Get Rid Of' Us Won't Balance Budget

Same s**t, different day.
People grow, learn & change. I actually think Romney has been learning a thing or two from Ron Paul, which can only work to make his strong business savvy work more favorably for our country.

About 3% of what Planned Parenthood does is abortion related and none of the government $$$ they get is abortion related. Everything else goes to healthcare related needs, from cancer screenings, treatments, pre-natal care services, etc.

I would rate cancer screenings as more critical than Iran Saber Rattleing.

No, he hasn't learned anything - except how to stick his finger in the air to see which way the political wind is blowing.

He's a pandering, flip flopping, dog abusing rich guy who has somehow decided being president is a job he's entitled to and he will say and do anything to reach that goal. Y'all.

Yes it does provide money for the common defense and I do question if the constitution and those who WAGE war with out congress declaration should be held accountable. Plus don't you think it is odd that in order to promote democracy in IRAQ, we have to assist Pakistan while it's running a military dictatorship all when while Bin Liden was hiding in that country. Thre is military spending (not in the constitution) and then common defense spending which is the constitution and we lose all these lives so we can fund this war borrowing from communist China.

In the words of Ron Paul what is going on here?
This is the republican party who treats him like the 13th floor of a building yet AGAIN when he is right which is almost always he gets no credit.

All federal funding to Planned Parenthood must be cut. There is no constitutional authority to fund this. "Federal funding" is just tax money stolen from the people, which includes people who are morally opposed to contraception and abortions. They shouldn't be forced to fund PP. Now, that said, funding for wars must be cut before something like PP is cut.

To keep clamoring for more war, but at the same time cutting something like PP is wrong. This is what makes the people hate the Grand Oil Party.

But, don't worry, Romney is a well lubricated weathervane and doesn't mean anything he says. PP will be funded and there will be more war. Liberals/Socialists will be happy because PP is funded and won't mind the war. Fascists/Conservatives will be happy about the war and won't mind PP.

So refreshing to see an intelligent, thoughtful, well articulated, civil response on these boards for a change.
