It is a 12 page brochure with lots of pictures and charts - you could have found the info in less than a minute on page 9. PP got nearly half a billion dollars from the government over a 12 month period. I think these issues need to be discussed without bogus talking points.
For medical services provided, if it wasn't PP it would have been another clinic .. NEXT?

What's bogus about asking what the money is being spent for? What do you think it is being spent for? A clown party like the GSA?
I guess borrowing from China to bomb Iraq is okay?
The "borrowing from China" is a false story anyway to create fear in the minds of those that get their information from a drug addict or drunk.
No, Iraq was a severe blunder in my opinion. So is that what politics is now, its okay to compound errors, because the previous president/congress did?
Yes China, is just one entity that we owe money to. We also owe money to Social Security that is real money owed to real people.
No, I think it is bogus to insist that businesses operate in a fantasy world.
I don't know what fantasy world you're talking about. You are a teacher. What is your direct knowledge of how health care providers operate? Or other businesses for that matter.

If a company gets half a billion dollars a year to pay utilities, open new buildings, pay for other services.....inherently that aid will free up money and lower the cost of other services that company provides. It is a fantasy world to deny this.

"Inherently", LOL!
First of all, you have never shown that the half billion is going to pay for new buildings and utilities.
Secondly, as I have repeatedly said in this conversation, the Medicaid money is for services rendered, health services in this case. Medicaid works on FFS, fee for service. A well-woman visit cost X amount; Medicaid reimburses whatever the state govt decides it will, which is always X-something.
Grants are made to provide services. A grant for say, cervical cancer screening will pay for, yes, cervical cancer screening. It will pay for the staff, for the labs, and it might pay for some other stuff as well. But I seriously doubt, and I will continue to seriously doubt until you show me otherwise, that it will pay to build a building to provide the service.
In addition, you never did say anything about your bogus accusation of me making jokes about Republicans. Nor did you answer my question about your knowledge of health care funding. You just keep repeating the same old, same old.
I am through talking to you, I provided you a link from PP them self saying that they got the exact amount of money from the government that I said they did. I even pointed out the page number. If you don't believe PP, try google to find a different source to figure out how much money PP got from the government. You can live in a fantasy world, but I am done.
