LOL, Born to Run. You're funny. Romney is already a shoe in, as Northeast alone, plus Pa share, and California, and what he has already won gets well past 1,144.

You Paulwellians are funny.

Just out of curiosity, in what parallel universe is that going to happen?

Perhaps this is Paul's leader:

I know, it's really quite amusing in retrospect.

It was an interesting primary, that's for sure.
Neither Gingrich nor Santorum had a chance in hell of winning the nomination. Santorum was coming off a second defeat in a row when he entered the race, and Newt was ancient tainted goods. Paul is an even more ancient ideologue whose ideas were too rigid and was stained with some old racism. All the rest were frivolous lightweights except for Jon Huntsman, and he was just too intellectual and diplomatic.
None but Romney came prepared for anything more serious than a game of hopscotch. He was the only one who knew what the party was up against and took it seriously.

The Republican trolley jumped the tracks and went careening off into the woods for months, throwing people off left and right as it barreled along. It's no wonder they ended up with a nominee that they didn't like. There were only a couple of survivors in the wreckage.
