You shouldn't blame Romney on the dismal Mass jobs picture while he was Gov, after all he inherited a tough situation when elected..... Errr, do they really say that?
Mass. unemployment when Romney was elected: 5.7%
Mass: unemployment at end of his term: 4.6%
(sure Mass. did not create a lot of jobs in his last year, everyone was working!)
US unemployment when Obama was elected: 6.5%
US unemployment now: 8.2%
Job growth last month:69,000; 45,000 of which were part time teenager hamburger flipper jobs.

What a load of crap. Most citizens of MA do not feel that he failed. Most were very happy with much of what he did in MA. He turned their budget deficits into a surplus, lowered unemployment, and gave them healthcare reform that the majority still approve of today. Seems to me he did a very good job.

Since there was nothing dismal about the jobs record while Romney was governor, there is no need to say any such thing really. I think any of us would welcome unemployment at 4.7%, which is what Romney got MA down to.
