Again here is the top of the form, it also appears on the second page of the form. What more indication do you need?

You think someone could miss this or possibly not understand it? LOL

Look at the form, what is it you think is going to prevent someone from knowing the ID is free when they go to fill out that form? Can you give me one single reason why someone would not know it is free?

How much more explanation do you need than a giant heading stating the ID is free if you need it for voting?

Default Pennsylvania Republican admits voter suppression is all about electing Mitt Romney

So, how'd that plan work out?

Going by the date on the top of that form, was that implemented at the end of 2012?

In other news, the Roman Catholic Church admitted that they were wrong about insisting the sun orbits the earth.

The form was created in 2011 and revised in 2012. In any event there is going to be a box on the form to check if you need it for free no matter what the version is. This is not a complicated form....

So, when this whole situation happened that I'm talking about, it could have in fact been when they did not have that at the top of the form. And again, did you read the link I posted?

Well, a judge requested the law be postponed until after the 2012 election because of problems of implementation - long lines, confusion about the program, short lead time before the elections, made it problematic.
