As is becoming increasingly clear to anyone paying attention to the 2012 presidential election, the Ryan/Romney campaign has given up all hope of winning on the issues and on their record and have resorted to unprecedented lying — literally making things up about President Obama and then putting it out as truth in stump speeches, online videos, television ads, appearances by surrogates on news programs and in fundraising emails.
To date Romney’s mendacity has run the gamut from the deliberate misrepresentation of Obama policies to a seemingly compulsive tendency to distort the President’s message by cutting and pasting quotes at will. His disregard for the truth is so profound that it prompted journalist Joe Klein—who has covered Washington since the Nixon years—to comment that he “can’t remember a candidate so brazenly allergic to facts.” PolitiFact.com has given the presumptive GOP candidate so many “Pants on Fire” nominations that it’s a wonder he can still sit down. And still the former Massachusetts moderate turned Tea Party maven trudges on, telling one whopper after another (or sitting quietly by while his supporters do), no doubt with a big box of Kleenex nearby just in case he inadvertently kicks up some truth.
Myth 1: President Obama is trying to undermine military voting rights.
Myth 2: President Obama wants to eliminate the work requirement from welfare.

You do know others already know who has been doing what for the last three plus years, the history is written all over the place, this board included, you cannot deny the truth of your nature it is in writting here.

But one would have to put on their "critical thinking cap" and go off an research for themselves rather then read biased articles that exaggerate and/or cherry pick items so that the entire story is not told.
1. Whatever happened about that quick close down of Gitmo that Obama promised us?
2. Why do we still have troops in the middle east? I thought one of his campaign promises was to get 'em out quickly.

I will have to go back and re-read all those Hope and Change promises - since we are talking about campaign hooey and who has been dishonest and who hasn't.
