But Obama has stated multiple times he's for very restrictive gun laws. He has blocked the import of the M1's from Korea.

Again, the correct name is Democratic Party. People who are members of that party are called Democrats.
They're about as democratic as Josef Stalin was.

Sorry, but "Democrat party" is about as close as we can come, without laughing out loud.

Holy crap! I don't know if I've ever seen a better example of nit picking. Ever.

"You didn't dot that 'i'. Your argument is completely invalid!!!"

I didn't notice any difference from their usual behavior.

Although the common name used by Democrats is the "Democratic Party" ... it's rather poor English usage (not surprising for a group who don't believe English should be the official national language)

However, the term "democratic" defines a process or defined set of rules used in the execution or implementation of democracy, and is therefore an adjective, and not a proper noun.

And though English grammar can be quite complex, and often arbitrary, sometimes it is actually quite simple, and can be figured out using the same techniques taught to grade school children, i.e., usage in a sentence.

Example: "Among the political figures present during the ceremony, there was just one Democrat, and several Republicans". It would be improper to say ".... there was just one "Democratic", and several Republicans. Therefore, the proper reference to a "Party" representing "Democrats" would be either the "Democrat Party" or the "Democracy Party". This follows the same rules as other political organizations, such as "Socialist Party" rather than the improper "Socialism Party", which could also be verified in the same test sentence.

No one has made a big deal out of the fact that the "Democratic Party" is actually improper English, because most everyone has grown used to Democrats being improper in everything they say and do.

It's not surprising that you might confuse proper language usage as an "insult" ... because that too follows a consistent pattern from those on the left, including the belief that "Right" is actually "wrong".

Gun control would never work because the government Federal & State & County cannot control crime. We spend billions on crime control and yet we have crime all over the country and a very serious problem with the drug trade. In fact citizens cannot sue the government if they fall victim to a crime. In Australia and Britain and Canada the citizens are helpless victims.
