When the Romney-Ryan ticket announced a major ad campaign in eight states last night, the media noted that Wisconsin and Michigan were not among them and then jumped to the conclusion that these states are no longer in play. Wrong. Romney spokeswoman Andrea Saul told Right Turn that the campaign is “definitely not” abandoning these states. She told me: “Stay tuned.”

If the Obama camp and its spinners think the map is shrinking for Romney-Ryan, they are mistaken. Given the success of the Republican National Convention in boosting Mitt Romney’s image and the egg President Obama laid last night, expect the Romney-Ryan campaign to be launching a widespread ad offensive. It has money to spend and it is going to use it.

Good news! Romney is going to win all three states.

Smile Romney Camp NOT Conceding WI, PA or MI

Ah, yes...

Romney, the wise business man, sinking campaign funds into states Obama will carry.

Don't count your chickens before the eggs hatch. Romney has been leading in Wisconsin for the last week, and the failed attempt to recall Scott Walker is a bad sign for Democrats.

...and Obama had to spend a precious post-convention day working in Iowa, that glorious state that launched him on the path to the presidency, because what used to be firm for Obama is now flabby.

Obama's drones think he's already won the election. They're bitterly clinging to hope and change, despite Obama's record of failure.

Historically, incumbents win re-election by wider margins than they did the first time. Bad sign for Obama.

We saw this characteristic in the 2010 mid terms, from many Progressives, in both parties.

First Romney isn't leading in Wisconsin. The last poll was in mid to late August and it gave Obama a +2 lead and that was during the Ryan bounce. Secondly during the recall exit pollsters asked people who they would vote for in November and Obama got something like a +8 in that one and was the pick of about 17% of Walker voters.

538 says Romney has a 19%> chance of winning in Wisconsin. Thus why Romney is not pursuing ad buys there.

I sincerly doubt Romney would concede Wisconsin. He is ahead or narrowly behind there.
Michigan I also think is doable.
Pennsylvania is very unrealistic. Philly metro is too much to overcome.
