Let me explain. Romney knows, as a businessman, the factors and the causes that go into laying off employees. Because Romney knows what goes into laying off employees, could he, as President, create an environment that would lower the systemic causes of lay offs? Whether it be government red-tape, regulations, or any other factor, could Romney leverage his experience of laying off people to create an environment where companies would not have such an incentive to lay-off people?

Mitt Romney knows why people get laid off, maybe he can show us how we, as a country, can create an economic environment where that doesn't have to happen as much.

When turning around a failing business you have two choices:

1. Lay off the folks that aren't necessary and affecting the company's ability to make a profit. Then streamline everything, allowing the company to grow and THEN hire more folks.

or

2. Keep everyone employed and continue on the path the company is on until they are run into the ground and EVERYONE is without a job

now now now left wing kooks.. If Romney isnt responsible for jobs his companies helped to create, then he's not responsible for the job losses. You cant have it both ways.

He will defund NPR. Left wing propaganda outlet. I won't be sorry to see it go. Let a privete company fund it and many other entertainment just like it. Why should we keep it on the air when our country doesn't have the money?

If Romney can get Obama laid off it will really help us out.

Well seeing the two side by side, when Obama is hit hard face to face, about his policies and failed economy, he is not so tough.

It was very telling who the businessmen was up there, and definitely who isn't. At this point in time, we need someone with a good business sense.

Romney appears more poised presidential, and in command. Obama not much at all, infact he appeared frustrated and at times did not even look Romney in the eyes as Romeny did with him.

Take the bias slanted media away from Obama, and Obama is stuck with someone pointing out the true hard core facts of his economy.

We need a bunch of government workers laid off.....anyone paid with our tax dollars is a drain on the economy. Of course, we need some, but certainly not as many as there are today. Getting rid of progams that are either duplicated or unneeded would be a great start!

And yes...looking at ANY program and seeing if it's truly worth borrowing the money to run it makes sense!
