Biden isn't presenting facts that are changing anyone's mind. He's energizing the base, he's definitely not changing the minds of any independents or undecideds.
Some maybe, probably equal numbers both way.
Ryan's given a lot of good sound bites though. Biden hasn't made a gaffe.
Then why couldn't Nancy Pelosi explain what is in the health insurance bill before passing it?

Now answer me then is if the Romney/Ryan plan is detailed and they are running on the change platform, why can't he name even a few points on major cuts/changes they would do to pay for the tax cuts? Its not like they haven't had MONTHS to come up with a comeback for this question. They came up with a 47% comeback for the last debate if Obama had brought it up in like a week or two, yet they can't even give a brief outline as to what cuts/changes they would do even though its a MAJOR PART of their plan? Really?

When all is said and done, it will probably be called a draw. Biden will have alienated people because of his rudeless and giggling. In that respect, Ryan will have won.
