Fox people have asked President Obama on, and he refuses every time. Does that make him a coward? Personally, I don't like seeing our president or nominee appearing on the view, David Letterman, Jay Leno. But especially the View.
toodie.

Zero press conferences in quite a while for Obama, and yet he's scheduled for the Daily Show again soon.

Romney had a conflict. Which should come first; his campaign or a one-off on a potentially hostile talk show?

The View has huge ratings in a demographic group that Romney desperately needs to win--female voters. It says something that he's uncomfortable going on a show that caters to the group he needs the most--that he thinks it's high risk, and he has to send Mommy Ann instead. On the other hand, Hannity viewers are all really right wing--it's the far end of the R base. Why would Obama bother with it--do you think he's going to convert any of them? It would be a complete and total waste of his time campaigning. Do any of you nuts ever think anything through logically before you open your mouths and start ranting?

Yeah--it's so trashy. It's one of the best rated morning shows, and its audience is almost entirely retired women and stay at home moms. The panel is mixed politically--Elizabeth Hasselbeck sure isn't a liberal. Romney is just afraid they're going to ask tough questions (and they will). He's a total coward.

Double standard much?
Obama has turned down others as well and has less press question time then other modern presidents.

Of course not. No one with any kind of self respect or sanity would go on that idiot's show.

Yes, Eliz IS a liberal. She just appears somewhat conservative compared to the likes of Whoopie and Joy. As a hard core conservative, I have more appreciation for Whoopie than for Eliz. Eliz is like a soggy cracker in a glass of milk. I remember some time back Moochelle was on The View and Eliz gushed as much as the others. It was beyond sickening.

Hasselbeck is a hard right wing nutcase. All she does is parrot far right wing crap day in and day out while the others just rolls their eyes, shake their heads, and look at her like the complete moron she is.

She's like most right wingers that no matter what they are talking about, she'll make it a political issue to bash the left, while making a complete ass out of herself for doing so.

I'll respect him more for avoiding the cackling hens.
