It's been said that Republicans are notorious for trying to suppress the vote. Well here is proof that the rumors really ARE true. As reported by CNBC,

The fear of Mr. Johnson’s tipping the outcome in an important state may explain why an aide to Romney ran what was effectively a surveillance operation into Gary Johnson’s efforts over the summer to qualify for the ballot at the Iowa State Fair, providing witnesses to testify in a lawsuit to block him that ultimately fizzled.

Republican state officials in Michigan blocked Gary Johnson from the ballot after he filed proper paperwork three minutes after his filing deadline.

Republicans in Pennsylvania hired a private detective (retired FBI agent) to investigate his ballot drive in Philadelphia, appearing at the homes of paid canvassers and, in some cases, flashing an F.B.I. badge while asking to review the petitions they gathered at $1 a signature, according to testimony in the case and interviews.

The challenge in Pennsylvania (brought by state Republican Party officials) was shot down in court, bringing to 48 the number of states where Mr. Johnson will compete on Nov. 6.

It's truly sad and pathetic when you try to keep the people from having a CHOICE in whom they vote for. Republicans have already tried to silence the part of the Republican Party which aligns with the views of Ron Paul. They stooped to low levels to try to silence him. Now they want to silence the voters' ability to vote for Gary Johnson. That kind of cheating politics fits in perfectly with today's Republican Party of "our main goal isn't to advance the nation, it's to do away with politicians in the Democratic Party or in ours who don't toe the line we establish and demand." Mitch McConnell said basically that when Obama was first elected, and now Republicans all across the nation are saying that in their efforts to suppress the vote for Gary Johnson. Really? Gutter politics? Scumbag Republicans! Their motto should be "When in doubt, lie and cheat your way out."

The GOP has been kicking the voter fraud and suppression into overdrive this year, that's for sure. Not just attacks on Johnson, but Paul and even Goode. It's clear the GOP trash does not give a damn about the constitution or the electoral process in the slightest, which leads them to using every dirty trick in the book they can to win.
