Traveling through central and western PA on several occasions I saw mostly Romney Ryan signs, estimated around 18 R/R to 1 O/B. There are also a lot of Stop the war on coal Fire Obama signs too. Talking to people there it is very possible that it could go republican. They are not NY and they have in the past.
Many are dems voting republican this time around. Yes, the do like their guns but people from PA are not as back-woods as people think. They are well educated people who are very family oriented. I love that Obama thought that PA was his. Never let the oponent see you coming.
Few things
1. As has been mentioned this poll is three weeks old. This poll is also an INTERNAL GOP poll that doesn't match anything else out.
2. Central PA is solidly Republican and has been for a long time. Western PA outside of the Pitt metro has trended GOP for some time (quite a few are still registered as Democrats), however suburban Philly has gone the other way.
I am from Pennsylvania. I live in Philadelphia. I have been watching the news and all the polls here in the Keystone State.
Obama is going to carry PA.
So am I. I live in south-central PA. I'm not convinced that Romney is going to win PA. If he was, then he's guaranteed the presidency but no GOP president has won PA since 1992 so I'm not holding my breath.

I'd BANK on their accuracy.
I live in PA and this doesn't surprise me a bit.
I live here too in the GOP stronghold of the state, but the election is pinned on which way, basically, Montgomery County and Delaware County votes, and they are blue counties. Romney can carry PA if he takes the counties Corbett took, plus Montgomery and Delaware Counties, but I wouldn't count on it.
Plus early voting and enthusiasm is not matching up with 2008 voting in these swing states. Romney rallied in front of the 30,000 people in Ohio yesterday and in 2008 McCain could hardly fill high school gyms.

All the newspapers say 30k, but my point is still the same regardless.
because thats what the romney campaign says.
The campaign announced that 30,000 people attended, but Secret Service sources said just 15,000 went through metal detectors. And local law enforcement counted the crowd at 18,000.
so you have anywhere between 15-18k. it is alarming that you were convinced of romneys numbers just because they came from his mouth.
